First skiers discovered the Plose around 1900 AD. Equipped with
rudimental, wooden gear, they skied through woods and mountains.

A modern gondola will take you from the village of S. Andrea to
2100 meters ofaltitude.
Several skilifts and chairs will help you to take advantage of the
43 km of prepared slopes. A system of artifical snowmaking is ready
to help mother nature in dry years.
Mt.
Plose is just perfect for skiing as it is for climbers and trekkers.
Pension Geisler is reachable during all the year by a paved street
always in good conditions.
